Asst. Superintendent, Meggan Wilson, announced that Council Grove Teacher, Grace Blanco, was the recipient of the OKC Rotary Teacher of the Month. WHPS Director of Emergent Bilingual, Ronald Sandoval, introduced Ms. Blanco at the OKC Rotary ceremony. Ms. Blanco has also recently been honored as the Oklahoma Association of Bilingual Educators Teacher of the Year. Congratulations Ms. Blanco!
